Men's Breakfast

The Men's Breakfast for the month of August will be held on Saturday, the 21st at 8:00am. Come join the men of First Baptist Sellersburg for food and Bible Study and bring a friend.

Ladies Fall Bible Study Beginning in September

We will be doing another Beth Moore Bible Study.  The Inheritance is a study of our inheritance that God has for us, as believers.  This will be a DVD driven study with no homework.  If you are a busy woman and have little time for the extra’s of life this is the study for you.  Watch the weekly bulletin for more information or call the church office for more details.  You can also visit Living Proof Ministries website at www.lproof.org for more details.

Ladies! Nertz Night will be held August 6th at the church youth room and will be hosted by Katie Hammond. Activities begin at 7pm. Bring your cards and a snack for an evening of fun!

School Supplies for 2010-2011

Yes, schools have just dismissed.  However, they start up again in August.  That’s just around the corner.  We are going to be collecting school supplies this year for children and youth in need.  In the past we have collected backpacks and supplies.  However, with so many other organizations doing this, we have decided to make supplies available to teachers and children.  Thank you for always supporting this effort.

Minister of Students

Sunday, June 20, our church voted in a special business meeting to call Michael (Mike) Conley to be our Minister of Students.  He is married to Maria and they have recently had a baby girl, Charlotte.  Our church welcomed the Conley’s on July 18th as their first Sunday with us.  We look forward to having you as a part of our church family.
